She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Everett Burge and Elizabeth Burks Burge; her husband H. I. Harris; her daughter Kathy Lynn Watts; her grandson Sam Watts; and her sisters, Lois Burge Cooper, Joyce Burge Wells, Mary Stuart Burge and Alice Burge Smith.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Randy Watts; her great grandchildren, Laila Mashelle Watts and Ethan Leighton Watts; her sister Gayle Burge Stockstill; and her close friend Ralph Rowell. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of floral arrangements, donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Picayune in her memory.
