She was predeceased by: her former husband L. E. Gardner; her son Christopher Gardner Sr.; her parents, Felix and Noelie; and her brothers, Felix Jr. and Kenneth.
She is survived by: her husband Chalmette; her daughter Tina (Daniel); her daughter-in-law Jamie (Layne); her siblings, Carolyn, Sherri, Michael, Ronald, Donald and Ricky; her granddaughters, Robyn, Brittney, Kaitlyn, Rebecca and Rachel; and her great grandchildren, Triston, Caylee, Keegan and Kinley.
