She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter E. Kennedy and Katherine Bunch Kennedy; her husband Gleness Penton; her former husband Richard E. Lamousin; and her siblings, Leroy Kennedy and Donna L. Kennedy.
She is survived by: her children, Shane "Snuffy" Penton, Heather Clark (Whit), Haley Strickland (Chance), Richard "Ricky" E. Lamousin Jr. (Marie) and Darlene Johnson (Joseph); and her sister Lana Jo Weaver. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
