He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Willard Webb and Norma Josephine Lane Webb. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Alice DiStefano Webb; his children, Christopher Robert Webb, Michelle Lane Webb (Paul) and Andrea Louise Webb (Brian); his grandchildren, Anthony Webb, Meghan Webb, Quinn Webb Davis, Coleen Webb Driggers, Elliot Webb, Emily Saffle and Lexie Saffle; his great grandchildren, Adelai Davis, Isaiah Davis, Jordyn Webb and Wallace Webb; and his brothers, Layne and Bruce Collin Webb. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
