He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Silas Vaughn and Lula McGehee Vaughn; his son-in-law John Michael Grice; his grandson Blake Michael Grice; and his brother John Cameron Vaughn.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Vaughn; his daughters, Lisa Grice Beck (Ed) and Amy McArthur (Mike); his grandchildren, Sara Frances Rabion (Caleb), Jason Michael Grice (Beth), Chase McArthur, Steven McArthur, Trevor Malone, Kelly Malone and Yentel Lewis; his great grandchildren, Brody, Bailey, Adalee, Layla, Rowan, Jaqeri, LeLe and Ivyanna; and his brother Noah Vaughn (Annette). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
