He was predeceased by: his parents, Tibby Maynard and Lottie Maynard; and his grandfather Shay. He is survived by: his wife Kaye Maynard; his children, Nick Maynard (Lacrisha) and Hailey Maynard; his siblings, Kelly Maynard (Jessica) and Kathryn Gray Maynard (Ken); and his stepchildren, Jody Morrison (Karen), Dawn Lambert (Lance) and Dana Hoda (Brandon). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
