He was predeceased by: his parents, Zannie Joeseph Trahan and Rita Tallie Trahan; his daughter Billie Joe Trahan Courville; and his siblings, Hillyan Trahan and Betty Jean Lantier.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Trahan of Picayune, Mississippi; his son Michael Jay Trahan (Tanya Elizabeth Breaux) of Louisiana; his sister Lorraine Trahan David of Picayune, Mississippi; and his nieces, Stephanie Dartes and Paula Conners. He is also survived by three grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
