He is survived by: his wife Helma Ness Pierce; his children, Denise Steudlein (Irwin) and Todd Pierce (Melissa); his grandchildren, Joshel Steudiein, Trae Steudiein, Adam Steudiein, Gage Pierce and Haylee Pierce Verret; his great grandchildren, Baileigh Carroll, Paisley Carroll and Denton Carroll; and his sister Darlene Carlisle (Jerry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
