He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Rush and Dolly Rush. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Rush; and his children, Billy John Rush (Andrea), James Winston Rush (Brenda) and Tammy A. George (Michael). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
