He was predeceased by: his children, John Howard Lilly Jr., Jacob Lilly and Anita Elaine Marie Lilly; the parent of his children Connie Manning; his parents, Henry Lilly of Liberty and John Elaine Hatfield Lilly of Centreville; and his brother Henry Allen Lilly.
He is survived by: his son Justin Blair Lilly; his grandchildren, John Howard Lilly III (Mosley), Joshua Walker Lilly (Mosley), Izabella Marae Lilly, Justin Blair Lilly Jr., Harleigh Grace Lilly, Tanner Lewis, Emma Rose Horton and Olivia Huser; and his siblings, Sally Haase (Don), Linda Templet (late Gene), Mary Monachello (Steve), Marsha Smith (Jim), Nelson Lilly, Lela Lilyquist (Floyd) and Renee Baham (Albert). He is also survived by friends as a loving father, a loyal and caring brother, and a true friend.
