She is survived by: her husband Dennis Stepanek; her sons, Dale Ullo, Jr. (Trish) and Patrick L. Piazza (Brandi); her grandchildren, Nicholas Piazza and Lexi Piazza; and her brothers, William "Willie" Bush, Jr. and Lester Bush (Mary).
