James Elgin Mullen Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Elgin Mullen of Picayune, Mississippi, born in Ambia, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 5, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though James Elgin may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those James Elgin touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Picayune Church of Christ (2005 Cooper Rd, Picayune, MS 39466). A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Biloxi National Cemetery (400 Veterans Ave, Biloxi, MS 39535-4968).
