He is survived by: his children, Monica Dunnagan (Roy), Donald Ray Mitchell and Michael Mitchell; his grandchildren, Jim Browder (Jennifer), William Burns, Tori Simmons (Kendal), Christopher Mitchell (Hannah) and Michael Mitchell (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Sarah Burns, Makayla Browder, Braydon Browder, Annalyn Browder, William Burns, IV and Declan Simmons; and his siblings, Marsha Beth McGregor (Lloyd) and Jessie David Mitchell (Ann).
