She was predeceased by: her parents, William Keith Cook Sr. and Lucille Drews Cook; and her sister Joyce Scramuzza. She is survived by: her significant other Velty Guidry; her children, Russell Callen, Darin Callen, Joyce Callen and Cindy Armond; and her brother William "Bill" Keith Cook Jr.. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
