She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Hillary Odom and Hazel Kirkland Odom; her husband Larry Wayne Rester; her son Rodney Wayne Rester; and her sisters, Jennifer Odom, Odell Roesky and Irma Lyons.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Savoie (Mark); her grandchildren, Sarah Kellar, Ryan Savoie, Roy Savoie (Tamara), Ross Savoie and Richard Teague, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Ezekiel Kellar, Norah Mitchell, Jonah Kellar, Lexi Sartor and Madelyn Savoie; and her siblings, Carolyn Lee, True Chapman (Michael), Jean Reagin, Mary Beverly and Charles Odom.
