He is survived by: his wife Tommie Lou Blevins Patch; his son Jonathan Patch (Carrie); his stepchildren, Todd Fulton (Lisa) and Trisha Cantwell (Doug); his stepgrandchildren, Logan, Trey, Gavin, Mason and Chloe Grace; his siblings, Janice Mitchell Patch and Burrell Patch (Sharron); and his sister-in-law Susie Patch.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions may be made to the Forrest General Hospital Hospice, 304 S. 40th Avenue, Hattiesburg, MS.
