She was predeceased by: her parents, Tally Bilbo and Bessie Stockstill Bilbo; her husband Kent C. Mitchell; and her siblings, Leo Bilbo, Monroe Howard, Cleo Palmer and Doug Bilbo.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debora Lynn LeBoeuf (Ricky), Julie Ann Prine (Bill) and Pamela Sue Roberts (Greg); her granddaughters, Jessica, Heather, Katelyn and Stephanie; her great grandchildren, Shayne, Stella, Evie, Maggie, Charlotte and Makenna; and her sisters, Cecile Spence and Glenda Goss (Don). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
