It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esther Foster Long (Picayune, Mississippi), who passed away on November 24, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walker "W. O. Buck" Foster and Wilma Frances McCormick Foster; her husband Thomas R. Long; and her daughter Karen Jean Long. She is survived by: her children, Charles R. Long (Martha) and Carol L. Walker (David); her granddaughter Victoria L. Kaar (Cody); her great grandchild Theodore M. Kaar; her sister Carol F. Mussemann (Glenn); and her nieces and nephews, Bonnie M. Pate (Charlie), Stephanie M. Ragsdale (Scott), Gary Mussemann (Karen) and Dr. Frank Mussemann (Helen). She is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews; and 2 great great nieces.
