He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Newton and Lillian Ferroni Newton; and his brother William "Billy" Newton. He is survived by: his children, Spencer Brown, Erica Newton, Michelle Constandinou and Denise Segari; his nieces, Michelle "Missy" Newton, Audra Newton-Haskoor and Dana Varnado; and his nephew Billy Newton Jr.. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
