We are sad to announce that on March 26, 2024, at the age of 83, Charles Edward Lowery of Picayune, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Lowery and Lorena Lowery (Pullen); his son Danny Lowery; his siblings, Billy Lowery (Marie), Ruby Landry and Mildren Dorion; and his grandsons, Jeremy Mitchell and Cayce Seal.
He is survived by: his great grandchildren, Peyton Lowery and Marleigh Kae Mitchell; his wife Billie Lowery (Ladner); and his children, Joyce "Sissy" Mitchell, Doug Seal (Michele), Denise Kinchen and Chasity Drennan. He is also survived by Papa leaves a legacy of fourteen grandchildren and twenty-one great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
