He is survived by: his parents, Calvin Ellis Treadway, Jr. and Kathleen Curley Treadway; his grandfather Patrick O. Curley; his sisters, Candy Vieira (Nelson) and Cally Hatten (Brent); his niece Victoria Grace Vieira; his nephews, Declan Patrick Hatten and Kellan Rue Hatten; and his aunts and uncles, Bernie Treadway, Janel St (Marvin), Micheline Kirby (Mike), Eileen Autin (Barry), Colleen Connell (Ronnie) and Kelly Curley (Zana).
