He was predeceased by: his wife Cathy; and his parents, Marshall Willia and Eula Mae Penton Foust. He is survived by: his children, Stephen Ray Foust, Stephanie Darlene Benus (John), Rebecca Hope Culpepper (Joe) and Crystal Lynn Ladner (Josh); his sisters, Joan Jarrell (Connie Ray) and Carolyn Lenoir; his grandchildren, Hannah, Marshall, Brittany, Josh, Gabe, Payton, Tyler, Alyssa, Ethan, Caden, Emily, Haley and Claudia; and his great grandchildren, Syani, Paris and Haven.
