We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2024, at the age of 91, Billy Carroll Safley of Philipp, Mississippi, born in Monette, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Safley; and his parents, TJ Safley and Sybil Safley. He is survived by: his children, Walter Safley (Teresa), Sharon Safley, Vicki Knighton (Roy), Vivian Raner (Shelton) and Richard Safley (Jennifer); and his granddaughter Nicole Safley. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
