He was predeceased by: his parents, Gus Goforth and Rennie Goforth; and his sister Marjorie. He is survived by: his wife Mazell Goforth of Philadelphia; his daughter Melisa Lewis (Bernard) of Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Nikki Walton (Rodney) of Philadelphia and Josh Lewis (Lindsay) of Philadelphia; his great grandchildren, Rayleigh, Maddie, Rhett and Hayes; and his siblings, Delores Savell of Little Rock, Junior Goforth of Meridian and Jerry Goforth of Meridian. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
