He is survived by: his wife Peggy Thomas of Philadelphia; his daughter Stephanie Perry (Dan) of Philadelphia; his daughter-in-law Jane Thomas of Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Steven Thomas of Hudson, Rachel Thomas of Memphis, TN and Allison Barrett (Kyle) of Quitman, MS; his great grandchild Dax Barrett of Quitman; his siblings, Earline Akins of Philadelphia and Jan Wayland Thomas (Jean) of Gilmer, TX; his son Steve Thomas; and his siblings, Juanita Fulton, James Earl Thomas, Clifton Thomas, Sam Thomas and Y. J. Thomas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and extended family.
