Sarah Everage Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sarah Everage of Philadelphia, Mississippi, who passed away on February 16, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clement Gaston Barrett and Sarah Mae Weatherly Barrett (Charles Wesley "Chuck"); and her grandson Barrett Weatherly Thompson. She is survived by: her children, Charles Wesley Everage Jr. (Beverly) of Birmingham and Elizabeth "Libby" Davis (Paul) of Mobile; her siblings, Gaston Barrett (Lisa) of Philadelphia and Rachel Parker of Tupelo; her grandchildren, Lee Walton Thompson Jr. (Macy), Harrison McNeil Thompson (Jessica) and Caitlin Everage; and her great grandchild Evelyn Thompson.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Cedar Hill United Methodist Church East Brewton (1501 Forrest Ave, East Brewton, AL 36426). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
