Smith; her daughters, Charlotte Ann Dean (James) and Sue Hanna (Kenny Joe); her granddaughter Rhonda Kay Spears; her great great grandchild Dusty Cain; her parents, Gilbert Banks and Effie Banks; and her siblings, Ida George Woodard, Nell Petty, Rebecca Burns, John and Bill Banks.
She is survived by: her sons, Willie Charles Smith (Patsy) of Philadelphia and Jimmy "Spanky" Smith (Janice) of Philadelphia. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 16 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
