He was predeceased by: his son Ray Collins; his parents, Otis Collins and Martha Collins; and his brothers, Bill, J. C. and Ivy Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Collins of Dekalb; his son Bob Collins (Lori) of Huntsville, AL; his grandchildren, Daniel Collins of Huntsville, AL and Rachel Collins (Michael) of Columbia, SC; his siblings, Linda Collins, Gene Collins (Cathy), Dave Collins (Sandra) and Wilbur Collins (Gail); and his sisters-in-law, Dorine Collins and Betsy Collins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the BIG Oak Methodist Church (4865 Old Jackson Rd, De Kalb, MS 39328). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
