He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus David and Julia Hodges Holley; his former wife Helen Edwards Holley; his siblings, Harvey Holley, Leon Holley, Percy Holley, Bill Holley, Ruth Benson and Nellie Allen; and his granddaughter Penelope Coats.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbie J. Holley; his children, Merle Coats, Guy Holley (Rita) and Pam Fulton (David); and his stepchildren, Barry Irons (Betty), Kay Duett (Stuart) and Patti Rickles. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
