She was predeceased by: her parents, Dee Williams and Mary Alice Williams; her husband Darwin Earl McPhail; her son Dwayne McPhail; her brother Mitchell Williams; and her sister-in-law Mildred Williams.

She is survived by: her children, Dianne Israel (Roger) of Pearl, MS and Bo McPhail (Sara) of Ridgeland, MS; her daughter-in-law Becky McPhail Beckham of Pearl, MS.; her grandchildren, Amy, Jonathan, Rachelle, Misty, Dustin, Mark, Matthew, Presley, Stephanie and Ethan; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Ben, Elijah, Landon, Lilly, Logan, Brody, Peyton, Knox and Maddox. She is also survived by birds, especially her beloved red birds.
