He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Myatt and Tommie Myatt; his grandson Hayden Myatt; and his brother Dan Myatt. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Myatt of Philadelphia; his children, Denise Perry (Tommy) of Fort Worth, TX, Andrea Monsour (Michael) of Brandon, Leaha Winstead (Brant) of Philadelphia and Phillip Myatt of DeKalb; his grandchildren, Cecilly Monsour, Erin Monsour, Riley Winstead, Eli Winstead and Anna Claire Myatt; and his siblings, Nell Myatt of Philadelphia, Neva Killen of Philadelphia, Lyla Adcock of Philadelphia and Felton Myatt of Philadelphia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Alzheimer's Association.
