She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughters, Lorraine Blount (David) and Jessica Bailey (Ty); her grandsons, Clay Blount, Andrew Bailey (Jessica) and Simon Bailey (Ashley); and her sister Tommie Banks.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the McClain-Hays Funeral Service (1002 E Main St, Philadelphia, MS 39350). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests that any charitable donations be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Philadelphia, where Frankie has been a member since childhood.
