He is survived by: his wife Mary Keeton Rutledge; his daughters, Sherry Griffin, Cindy Kennon and Mary Ann Long (Guy); and his siblings, Randy Rutledge (Diane), Ada O'Neil (Eddie) and Dorothy Johnson (Art). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 4 great Grandchildren.
