He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Kelly and Lillian Kelly; and his brothers, Hugh and Dale. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Smith Kelly; his sons, Patrick Kelly (Kristina) of Pearl and Russell Kelly of Hiram, GA; his grandchildren, Lillian Kelly, Chloe Kelly, Colc Kelly, Regan Kelly and Emily Kelly; and his sister Elaine Stampley of Brandon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
