She was predeceased by: her former husband W. A. Ridout, Jr.; her husband Roger A. Brown; and her brothers, Jimmy Dale Burkes, Dwight Burkes, Maurice Burkes and Frankie Lee Burkes.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Ridout of Philadelphia, Dewayne Ridout (Kathy) of Philadelphia, Johnny Lee Ridout (Theresa) of Philadelphia and James Rodney Ridout (Cathy) of Philadelphia; her stepchildren, Sandra Matthews (Richard) of Philadelphia, Roger Mark Brown (Janet) of Ecru and Lisa Jones of Cuba, AL; and her sisters, Mary Ruth of Eversville, IN and Ludine of Peoria, IL.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and step-grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
