He is survived by: his wife Dianne McMillan of Philadelphia; his children, Suzie Stovall (Billy) of Philadelphia, Kathy McMillan of Brandon, Tonya Brown (Frankie) of Hurley, Alicia Williams (Blake) of Lexington, TN and Bill McMillan (Kristi) of Pearl; and his sister Judy Lay (Larry) of Edinburg. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
