She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Burt Myers (Garry Myers); her grandchildren, Jeff Burt (Dedra Burt), Chris Burt and Patrick Burt (Kendall); her sister Donna George Breedlove; her great grandchildren, Jonah Burt and McKenna Baldwin; her grandson Grant Myers (Crystal); her children, Bailey, Jake and Jordon Myers; her grandchildren, Caroline, Addisyn and Asie; her child Tiffani Burt; her grandson William Timothy; her child Casie Thompson (Andrew); her granddaughter Edie; her children, Ryan Burt (Tara), Lainey Grace, Whitt and Corey Burt (Amber); her grandchildren, Lucy, Libby, Aleigh Wade, Covey and Celeste Burt Jordan (Josh); her children, Piper, Judah and Brook; and her caregivers, Judy Allen and Lillian Taylor.
