He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jesse Eldridge and Maggie Eldridge; his wife Effie Kilpatrick Eldridge of Neshoba County, MS; his children, Amy Helen Nixon of Evergreen, CO, Robert Eugene Eldridge of Philadelphia, MS, Renee and Eldridge Proctor (Thomas) of Trenton, TN; and his sister Shelby Alford of Pearl, MS. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
