She was predeceased by: her husband Dewey G. Clark, Sr.; her children, Marsha Lawrence, Bryce Lennox Clark and James O'Neil Hailey; her grandson William S. Oswalt; and her brothers, Benson, Aaron and Kenneth Stokes.
She is survived by: her children, Treasa Oswalt (Rodney) of Woodland, MS, Priscilla Lynn Burrage of Philadelphia, MS, April Warren of Hattiesburg and Dewey G. Clark, Jr. of Philadelphia, MS; and her brother Richard O'Neil Stokes (Joyce) of Philadelphia. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
