He was predeceased by: his great grandchild Jonathan Michael Pugh. He is survived by: his wife Norma McNair; his daughters, Deborah Collins (Allen) and Sheila Lillis (Thomas); and his grandchildren, Kristin Sullivan (Brad), Brian Collins, Karen Pugh (John), Dustin Renfrow (Lindsy), Amy Flowers, Michael Lillis, Kimberly Thompson (Jamie) and Valerie Lillis. He is also survived by numerous great–grandchildren.
