He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Jennifer Lynn Ladnier; his parents, William Brown of Washington and Burnette Brown; and his daughter Rachel "Deedee" Smith. He is survived by: his wife Lillian Malone Brown of Petal; his son Ronnie Brown (Rebecca) of Hattiesburg; his son-in-law Paul Smith of Hattiesburg; his grandchild Brittni Smith; his great grandchildren, Kandace Jade Smith, Kyle Smith, Makalah Smith, Adalyn Romines and Roby Romines; his great great grandchild Luna Anderson; and his sister Glenda Faye Munn of Sumrall.
