He is survived by: his wife Gail Odom Purvis of Petal; his daughters, Alison Holder (Daniel) of Petal and Emily Black (Anthony) of Petal; his grandchildren, Colby Holder, Cayden Holder, Ty McAlpin, Grae McAlpin, Mandalyn Black and Bella Black; and his siblings, Linda Purvis of New Orleans, LA, Annette Davenport (Thomas) of Petal and Ronnie Purvis (MaryAnn) of Purvis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
