She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin Chisholm; her parents, Austin Anderson and Carolyn Anderson; and her siblings, Stanley Austin Anderson, Benjamin Andrew Anderson and Paula Marie Anderson.

She is survived by: her siblings, Sylvia Ratcliff (Jeff) of Petal, Thomas Anderson (Martha) of Beaumont and Paul Anderson of Purvis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
