He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Ratcliff and Polly Ratcliff; and his sister Brenda Ratcliff. He is survived by: his wife Connie Ratcliff; his children, Stephanie Ellzey, Steven Ratcliff and Bryan Ratcliff; his grandchildren, Clint Ellzey of Petal, Candice Ellzey of Petal, Christian Ellzey of Petal and Nate Ratcliff of Petal; and his brothers, Greg Ratcliff (Janet) of Oak Grove and Lance Ratcliff (Bridget) of Oak Grove. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
