It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelly Renee Walters Thompson of Petal, Mississippi, who passed away on July 3, 2020, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Lois, Preston Saucier, Helen and Cecil Walters; her sister Tamara Ables; and her cousin Chasity Sumrall Downing.
She is survived by: her parents, Gary Walters and Helen Walters of Petal; her children, Taylor, Tyler and Tanner Thompson; and her brother Gary Walters, Jr. (Colleen) of Sumrall. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
