It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheila Carter (Petal, Mississippi), who passed away on March 5, 2019, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Woody Carter; her granddaughter Samantha Gann; and her brother Charlie Sumrall. She is survived by: her foster daughter Deborah Miller (James) of Richton; her granddaughter Amy Gann (Jamie Yates) of Petal; and her great grandchild Kaylee Yates. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
