He is survived by: his son Eddy Burger (Lisa) of Petal; his grandchildren, Eddie Burger (Emily), Kayla Dufrene (Andre), Haley Burger, Shelby Blye and Cayden Burger; his great grandchildren, Karleigh Dufrene, Andee Dufrene, Kash Kelly, Kaige Kelly, Kaisley Kelly, Mason Burger, Maddox Burger, Marideth Burger and Brayden Blye; and his sister-in-law Sandra Burger. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
