He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Neal and Hilda Neal. He is survived by : his wife Dodie Neal of Petal; his children, Erica Marie Neal of Petal, Crystal Lee Neal of Petal and Matthew Jason Neal of Petal; and his brother Cary Neal (Kim) of Baton Rouge, LA. He is also survived by five grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 1st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Petal Chapel of Moore Funeral Home (789 E Central Ave, Petal, MS 39465). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 1st 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Moore Funeral Service - Petal (789 E Central Ave, Petal, MS 39465).
