He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Neal and Hilda Neal. He is survived by: his wife Dodie Neal of Petal; his children, Erica Marie Neal of Petal, Crystal Lee Neal of Petal and Matthew Jason Neal of Petal; and his brother Cary Neal (Kim) of Baton Rouge, LA. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
