Andrews, Jr. (Sam); her mother Katherine A. Andrews; her sister Margrett Andrews of Mexico, MO.; her stepchildren, Joshua R. Mann, MD, Jonathan, Catie and Kacey N. Higdon; and her sons, Keeton (Natalie A. Smith, RN), Julian, Chase, Dalton and John. She is also survived by her church, step-children, husband, and Sissy, her rescue dog.
