He was predeceased by: his parents, R. T. Gibson and Doris Gibson; his brother Wayne Gibson; his brother-in-law Harry Crowe; and his niece Lindsey Crowe.
He is survived by: his sister Cynthia Gibson Crowe of Petal; his niece Stacy Pierce (Tim) of Beaumont; and his nephew Tony Crowe (Sylvia) of New Augusta. He is also survived by ten grandnieces and nephews; and one great-grandnephew.
